The online Benin visa route is built around a few decisions that are easy to overlook: 30 or 90 days, single or multiple entry, and the exact entry date that will start the visa validity.

The government publishes €50 for 30-day single entry, €75 for 30-day multiple entry and €100 for 90-day multiple entry for self-service online applications.
Those figures are government charges. Separate application-assistance or card-related charges should not be confused with the government fee.
Benin says processing can take one to 96 hours, but recommends applying at least seven days before entry.
Treat the seven-day recommendation as planning guidance and the 1–96 hour range as processing information; they answer different questions.
